No replace and No refund!!!

I bought a 3T Seagate Backup Hard disk from a Radio shack. Store in Maadi Cairo Egypt on the 6th of November 2012 invoice # 353490 the total amount of 1250 .00 pounds, I was told from the sales rep. That this is the best backup hard disk to buy, though I told him that someone had a problem before, he said no problem it's warranted for one year, if any thing should happen please get it to the store together with the original invoice and we will replace it on the spot. I had a problem with it after I had all my office files on it, just stopped working,,, I took it to the store that I first bought it from together with its original box and invoice I was told well,,, can't help you,,, I'm so disappointed with you and what you do to your customers, I would be glade if you exchange it for me , till then I will not buy anything from your store again My name: Omar Omar Tel: +201* 210 **** Email: omaraomar59@***.com Thank You
